TITLE: Level 2 Classification (Operator)
PAY RANGE: $16.99- $27.57 (depends on experience & shift)
SHIFT BONUS: +$2.50 / hr
FLSA STATUS: NON-EXEMPT
POSITION SUMMARY:
The level 2 classification(operator) is responsible for ensuring that machines are running in accordance
to their specifications and guidelines in support of Dahlstrom Roll Form’s mission to provide consistency
and reliability with all of their products. Responsibilities include setting up, operating, monitoring, and
recognizing/reporting machine and product nonconformance.
* This position will be trained on first shift. Once training is complete, applicant will move to 2nd or 3rd shift.*
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists with manufacturing, packaging, and other tasks associated with production.
- Monitors operating equipment to detect product malfunctions.
- Utilizes work orders to determine product specifications and material requirements.
- Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows safety regulations.
- Communicates with team members to ensure continuous production of products at high quality.
- Complete in process inspections and first article inspections.
- Read and interpret engineering and quality documentation.
- Complete machine PMs
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists with other tasks as directed by the plant supervision.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma required.
- Experience as a machine operator.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus.
- Must provide/maintain a valid drivers license.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Basic math skills and basic knowledge of measuring equipment

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Quality Control Technician is responsible for maintaining quality across all stages of production (raw material, work in progress, finished goods). The role is integral to supporting Dahlstrom Roll Form’s mission to provide consistency and reliability in all their products. The QC Tech will work under the supervision of the Quality Assurance Manager, who will assign job responsibilities as needed.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct in-process inspections on parts/materials
- Perform device calibrations and maintain related records
- Assist QA Manager in internal/external quality audits
- Develop quality-related standard operating procedures
- Inspect incoming product from outsourced operations
- Identify areas for improvement and implement new methods accordingly
- Work with Production and Engineering departments to implement quality measures
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with product FAIs
- Engage in continuous improvement efforts
- Evaluate and interpret data relating to quality metrics
- Identify and report safety issues
- Assist in employee training/onboarding
- Ensure that certifications of internal reference standards are up-to-date
- Ensure adequate stock of metrology equipment
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma required, Associates, Bachelors, or Technical Degree preferred
- Prior experience in a Quality Control position preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
- Knowledge of industry standard equipment and technical expertise
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Account Manager/ Senior Account Manager is primarily responsible for all customer relations for the company. Responsibilities include supporting new and existing customers including preparing quotes, forecasting, attending meetings with customers, reviewing customers quarterly, and acting the main contact for all customer inquiries.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Builds and maintains long-lasting customer relationships.
- Serves as the main point of contact for any and all matters specific to customer relations.
- Forecasts and tracks key account metrics.
- Releases jobs.
- Prepares quotes and consistently performs the necessary follow up on quotes.
- Orders preparation and inventory management.
- Travels to customer site for quarterly reviews.
- Meetings - sales, closed job, company, and production
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Marketing tasks as directed by Sales Management.
- Other tasks and duties, as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Technical Degree or applicable experience in metal fabrication industry preferred
- Experience as an Account Manager or related role.
- Customer Service Experience
- Excellent understanding of business software including but not limited to Excel, Access, Power Point, Outlook, and Word
- Must have a valid driver’s license.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for the research, design, maintenance and improvement of manufacturing systems and equipment with support of production and the quality management system, as well as outside contractors. The position is responsible for improving the information provided to manufacturing in support of the mission of the organization to ensure consistency and reliability.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Designs and manages fabrication of new fixtures, tooling, equipment, or other devices to improve manufacturing productivity and quality. Also, modify or redesign existing manufacturing equipment to perform similar but unique service functions.
- Works with vendors and other outside contractors to provide new, innovative, and cost-effective solutions to manufacturing problems.
- Develops/supports setup reduction techniques.
- Interacts with Manufacturing, Engineering, Production, and QMS management on shop floor quality initiatives involving tooling output.
- Interacts with engineering department and customer service to coordinate timely release of production packaging & part drawings and quality documents on new and existing products.
- Manage integration of new tools and equipment into the current production area. Coordination with outside contractors to assure on time scheduling.
- Analyze and recommend process improvement ideas/time studies. Participate on the implementation team for these ideas
- Update and maintain existing documents to meet the quality system, current drawing standards, and/or customer changes
- Manage new and existing roll forming tools, punch press dies and cutoff dies. Work with outside contractors on maintenance. Develop/support setup reduction techniques.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering preferred, 2-year degree minimum.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks (or comparable modeling software), AutoCAD, MS Office.
- Knowledge of manufacturing methods and procedures.
